About the role

Premlex Electrical is seeking an experienced electrician who wants more than a routine job. The role starts with five days on the tools, with the prospect of shifting to a four‑day on‑site and one‑day office schedule as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance and repairs on client sites.
• Support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Potentially transition to office‑based duties, assisting with operational and management tasks.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with solid hands‑on experience.
• Either an electrician looking to develop leadership/management skills or a sole trader wanting to offload admin and focus on trade work.
• Motivated to grow with a expanding company and share in its success.
