Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Engineer to join a global medical‑devices organisation in Witney. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of quality systems and ensuring compliance with strict industrial regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily management of site assets, ensuring timely return for calibration or off‑site processing.
• Oversee the flow of items, assets and events within established quality management systems.
• Maintain documentation to strict quality standards in a secure, organised repository.
• Provide training and guidance on operational procedures and compliance requirements.
• Participate in departmental audits and inspections to verify process integrity.
• Champion health and safety protocols and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Secondary education including Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in asset management with a strong background in metrology.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organisational and professional communication abilities.
