RAN Performance & Optimisation Manager

About the role

As the RAN Performance & Optimisation Manager you will ensure that VodafoneThree’s Radio Access Network (RAN) within the Ericsson region delivers stable, predictable and high‑quality performance for all customers. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive KPI governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical governance of RAN performance KPIs across the Ericsson region.
• Analyse network data to identify performance gaps and implement optimisation solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and vendor teams to deliver consistent service quality.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice processes for RAN monitoring and optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing RAN performance and optimisation in a telecom environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
