Recruiter – International Recruitment Specialist

About the role
Join French Selection UK as a Recruiter, managing end‑to‑end recruitment projects for multilingual, international positions. You will work with a friendly, multicultural team and help match talent with clients across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment projects from vacancy briefing through to successful placement.
- Draft job descriptions, source candidates, arrange interviews and negotiate offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates via regular communication.
- Develop customer relationships and generate repeat business from existing UK‑based clients (no cold calling required).
Required profile
- Previous experience in a proactive, customer‑facing or frontline role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and enjoyment of regular interaction with people.
- Motivated to work towards revenue and placement targets.
- Self‑motivated, independent, yet effective as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Own transport required as the office is not accessible by public transport.
- Fluency in another language (French or German) is an advantage but not essential.

- £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £30,000–£35,000+ in the first year).
