Recruiter

About the role

The Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for sales and operations roles across our UK hub, acting as the trusted advisor for hiring leaders. You will use a mix of internal tools, external platforms and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall recruiting efforts, including on‑site, internet, agency and employee‑referral sourcing.
• Provide advisory support to managers on recruitment processes and initiatives.
• Own recruiting activity for a defined business area, covering sales, management, engineering, data‑center, project management, operations, supply chain and other roles.
• Post jobs, screen applications, track candidates in the ATS and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage new‑hire onboarding and ensure candidates understand company policies and benefits.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies, building passive candidate pipelines through networking, cold‑calling and complex internet searches.
• Maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current and future openings.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment fundamentals with a track record of delivery, preferably from a 360‑recruitment agency or in‑house tech environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing both active and passive talent.
• Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates for technology or systems‑integration roles.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
