Recruiting Coordinator – London

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring of Experienced Consultants across Europe. Reporting to the Recruiting Lead, you will ensure a smooth, efficient recruiting process while helping to build a diverse candidate pool.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for various Practice Groups in European markets using LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Review CVs, coordinate screening with Practice Groups, and schedule interview rounds in partnership with Executive Assistants.
• Collaborate with Partners, Consultants and Executive Assistants to keep recruitment processes on track.
• Manage feedback, offer creation, approvals, contract and offer letter preparation, and reference checks.
• Handle local operational and contractual nuances for European geographies, including visa considerations.
• Support new‑hire onboarding, start‑date coordination and integration with Talent Management, L&D and Operations teams.
• Maintain the recruiting system (WorkDay) and related databases for data accuracy.
• Assist with additional recruitment projects as needed.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience within an internal HR function or a services‑industry environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience coordinating interview processes and managing candidate communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
