Recruitment Advisor – Legal Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team of a leading international law firm in Central London. You will deliver end‑to‑end global recruitment services, partnering with partners, directors and hiring managers across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and international offices.
• Create and post compelling job adverts on a wide range of platforms.
• Review CVs, define vacancy requirements and agree on job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Source, screen and shortlist suitably qualified candidates.
• Manage candidates through each stage of the recruitment pipeline.
• Oversee offer management, negotiate terms and deliver formal offers.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience within a law firm.
• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent communication skills for extensive liaison with international offices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
