We are a boutique recruitment agency located near Liverpool Street Station seeking an ambitious, relationship‑focused Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. You will manage a busy desk, supporting both clients and candidates across global markets while enjoying a collaborative, non‑KPI driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for international roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Source, assess and place candidates across multiple sectors.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback and ensure a high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, account management or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities.
• Proactive, organised and team‑oriented mindset.
