Key responsibilities

• Search, screen and qualify candidate CVs for freight and logistics roles.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with client companies.
• Develop new business opportunities and pursue fresh client accounts.
• Arrange interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to succeed in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CV searching and candidate qualification.
• Ability to conduct client outreach and business development.

• Competitive base salary (£23,000‑£35,000) plus uncapped commission up to 30%.
