Recruitment Consultant – Education Recruitment (£30k‑£40k) + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our education recruitment team in Edgbaston. You will manage a warm desk of established schools and candidates, helping to place teachers and support staff across primary, secondary and SEND sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Recruit teachers and support staff for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Develop new business through networking and proactive outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance are met.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience (education background beneficial but not essential).
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion for relationship building and delivering excellent service.
• Motivation to grow your desk and maximise earnings.
