Recruitment Consultant – European Languages (Finance & Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant) to join a leading UK recruitment firm that specialises in finance and technology. The role is based in London and focuses on sourcing mid‑senior level candidates across Europe, leveraging fluency in French, Dutch, German or Scandinavian languages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end 360 recruitment cycles for finance‑technology positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and nurture a specialist talent pool of multilingual candidates.
• Provide market insights and advisory support to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, or a Scandinavian language.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Professional, confident presentation and the ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated, curious mindset with a collaborative attitude.
