Recruitment Consultant – Finance (South West England)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join Hays’ Accountancy & Finance team in the South West. You will focus on placing part‑qualified finance professionals such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA and ACA students across Bath, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers in the region.
• Source, interview and place part‑qualified finance candidates.
• Generate new business and nurture long‑term client partnerships.
• Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.

Required profile

• Ambitious, driven and comfortable working in a sales‑focused environment.
• Enjoys building relationships and helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals.
• Background in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service is welcomed.
