Recruitment Consultant – French or German Speaker

About the role

Proclinical, a global leader in Life Sciences recruitment, is looking for an ambitious graduate who is fluent in French or German to join our London office as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. You will work across European markets, helping life‑changing therapies reach patients while developing a fast‑track career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and brief candidates on job opportunities across Europe.
• Discuss financial packages, travel requirements and other role details.
• Advertise vacancies on social media and professional platforms.
• Head‑hunt and network to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company database.
• Prepare CVs and correspondence for client submission.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate outcomes to candidates.
• Generate new business leads and support client development.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in French or German.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• High drive, ambition, resilience and a solid work ethic.
• Commercial mindset with a desire to succeed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment databases and CRM tools.
• Effective use of social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
