Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Take detailed job briefs from clients and create compelling adverts.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the offer process.
• Provide a high‑quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong sales/customer‑facing background.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organised.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
