Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Recruitment

About the role

Join Apollo Home Healthcare's growing recruitment team in Codsall. As a Recruitment Consultant you will drive the hiring of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses, helping to match skilled professionals with caring home‑based roles.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and screen candidates for suitability.
• Make high‑volume outbound warm calls to engage potential hires.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs related to interviews, pipeline growth and placements.
• Source candidates proactively via CV databases, job boards, social platforms and referral networks.
• Maintain an organised workload, working independently while supporting the wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience working to targets or KPIs.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to manage a busy recruitment workload.
• Proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, CV searching or talent attraction is a plus.
