Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Eversholt. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and offers a base salary of £30‑35k plus uncapped commission and benefits. You will work across commercial and industrial sectors, helping clients fill temporary, contract and permanent positions while supporting candidates throughout their career journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound sales.
• Consult with clients on hiring needs, market conditions and recruitment strategy.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Write and publish compelling job adverts on relevant platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from registration to offer and onboarding.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience with regular communication and support.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with legislation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales.
• Confident communicator able to build credibility quickly.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and resilient.
• Passionate about developing lasting relationships.
