Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid (Bristol/London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding teams in Bristol and London. This hybrid role combines full‑cycle recruitment with business development across high‑growth sectors such as AI, data, digital tech, legal and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end (360) recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Own a personal desk, meet targets and drive revenue through proactive business development.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand hiring needs and advise on market trends.
• Represent the company at events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Proven track record in recruitment or sales, preferably within AI, data, digital tech, legal or finance.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and excellent at communication, negotiation and relationship building.
• Passionate about growth and aligned with a purpose‑driven company.
