About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, people‑focused professionals to join our Recruitment Team. In this fast‑moving environment you will help attract and secure top talent for the Agency, supporting its mission to strengthen public safety.

Key responsibilities

• Create inclusive job advertisements in partnership with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, from planning to provisional offers.
• Use the internal Applicant Tracking System to guide candidates and stakeholders through each stage.
• Provide strategic partnership to various commands, delivering a modern, efficient recruitment service.
• Participate in training and occasional travel to NCA sites as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and think quickly.
• Reflective practice with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Motivation to contribute to a purpose‑driven organisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Competence in using standard office software and collaboration tools.
