Recruitment Consultant – Office, Commercial & Digital Marketing

About the role

Everpool is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Bootle, Liverpool. You will focus on office, commercial and digital marketing roles, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while driving your own desk’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and place candidates in permanent and temporary positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
• Generate new business and win new clients within specialist markets.
• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates for office, commercial and digital marketing roles.
• Deliver excellent service and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or business development is advantageous.
• Experience in digital marketing, office support, commercial roles or other customer‑facing environments is welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident, professional and proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Drive to meet targets and develop new business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000‑£35,000 (depending on experience).
