Recruitment Consultant (Senior) – Hybrid – £25-35k + commission

About the role

Limitless Recruitment is a fast‑growing start‑up agency looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants – both junior and senior – to join its hybrid team in Portishead. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, matching talented candidates with roles they love across sales, marketing, digital and design.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and strong client relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess fit and present suitable profiles to clients.
• Provide a high‑quality, relationship‑focused service without cold‑calling unless desired.
• Contribute ideas to shape the agency’s growth and culture.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable on the phone.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, resilient and eager to learn.
• Open to candidates with recruitment experience or backgrounds in sales, customer service or account management.

• Base salary £25‑£35k plus 25% commission over threshold (OTE £35‑£45k).
