Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Fintech (Hybrid, £27k-£50k)

About the role

Join a leading tech and fintech recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in London with an immediate start date. You will receive eight weeks of intensive training followed by a mentorship programme to help you build a successful career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for senior technology and fintech roles.
• Write compelling job adverts and headhunt niche talent.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate placements.
• Achieve billings and earn commission from day one.

Required profile

• Motivated, self‑driven and eager to exceed targets.
• Resilient and coachable with a competitive mindset.
• Either a 2:1 degree or prior sales/recruitment experience (both are a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
