Recruitment & HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our fast‑paced catering and butchery business. You will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and providing day‑to‑day HR support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging job adverts on multiple platforms.
• Screen candidates, organise and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
• Oversee onboarding administration and maintain HR systems.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Provide advice on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives and promote a positive site culture.
• Cover for the HR Manager when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment and HR Advisor in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage volume recruitment and end‑to‑end processes.
• People‑focused, results‑driven and able to work flexibly.
