Recruitment Resourcer / Consultant – Hybrid Role

About the role

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer or Consultant to join its fast‑growing international division. Working hybrid, you will help match talent with client opportunities across a range of sectors while developing your own career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using networking, CV databases, LinkedIn and internal tools.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for open roles.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates via phone and email.
• Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting key skills and experience.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including interview preparation and offer coordination.
• Support business development by identifying new international client opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to learn and progress within recruitment.
• Self‑driven with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident communicator with a personable approach.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
