Regional Business Development Manager – Property Sector

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Regional Business Development Manager to represent a respected brand within the property sector across the North East of England. Working from home with regular client visits, you will build relationships with estate agencies and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to win new business in the estate‑agency market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies throughout the region.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain regular communication with both prospective and existing clients.
• Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and achieve agreed performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or property/estate‑agency sales.
• Strong track record of winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and commercially focused.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North East.
