Regional Business Development Manager – Southwest England

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across the Southwest England property market. You will represent a recognised brand, build relationships with estate agencies and generate new revenue streams while working primarily from home.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to win new estate‑agency business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners across Cornwall, Devon, Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track performance against targets and report progress.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions to promote the organisation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or property/estate‑agency sales.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and commercially focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Southwest region.

• £40,000 basic salary plus £55,000‑£65,000 on‑target earnings.
