Relationship Director - Crown Dependencies

About the role

Join Barclays' International Corporate Bank Crown Dependencies team to manage strategic corporate client relationships in Jersey. You will drive revenue growth, originate new business and deliver the offshore banking proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, identify growth opportunities and deliver bespoke lending solutions.
• Work closely with global treasury partners, internal banking coverage, risk, product and treasury teams to structure and execute transactional solutions.
• Monitor market, regulatory and capacity developments and communicate insights to clients.
• Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.

Required profile

• Strong relationship management experience with major international corporate clients.
• Commercial acumen, risk management expertise and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man or other offshore financial centres.
• Understanding of offshore corporate structures and treasury arrangements.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of corporate and financial institutions sectors.
• Familiarity with cash, payments and treasury product sets.
