Removals Administrator – Guildford

About the role

Our client, a removals company based in Guildford, is seeking a Removals Administrator to support the Branch and Agent network. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring smooth communication between customers, branches and agents while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and forward details to the appropriate Branch or Agent.
• Support branches and agents to ensure smooth processing of enquiries and confirmed movements.
• Maintain day‑to‑day paperwork and keep the database up to date.
• Follow up with branches and agents to obtain timely updates on enquiries.
• Produce invoices and obtain necessary authorisations.
• Process insurance claims efficiently and in line with company procedures.
• Update and create procedure sheets for branches and the Account.
• Comply with Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and ISO 9002 quality system policies.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by the Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork accurately.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to follow defined procedures.
• Understanding of health and safety and quality compliance requirements.
