Repairs & MRO Executive – Aviation Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Repairs / MRO Executive to support the aviation maintenance and repair process. The role provides essential administrative, coordination and data‑management support to ensure component repairs are processed accurately, compliantly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for end‑to‑end management of aircraft component repairs.
• Create, update and maintain repair orders and related documentation in Quantum and other business systems.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and vendors to obtain and share repair updates.
• Monitor the shared MRO inbox, ensure timely task completion and escalation when required.
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports to track repair progress and performance.
• Maintain meticulous records to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist in developing and enforcing departmental processes to meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience in aviation, MRO or a regulated environment (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, reliable and able to take initiative.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
