Residential Sales Manager

About the role

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Manager to join its estate agency team in Slough. You will be responsible for winning new property listings, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and secure property instructions in a target‑driven environment.
• List properties for market and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors and maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
