Residential Surveyor – Level 2 Home Surveys (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a growing team that serves the Camborne area. The position offers full‑time remote work, allowing you to manage your own diary while delivering high‑quality survey reports for homebuyers and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) for residential properties.
• Undertake Red Book valuations as required by clients.
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys, with training provided where needed.
• Produce clear, accurate, client‑focused reports using leading industry software.
• Manage workload and diary efficiently while working remotely.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification.
• Proven experience delivering Level 2 survey reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, confident approach to client interaction.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Level 2 Homebuyer Report surveying.
• Red Book valuation methodology.
• Building Survey techniques (Level 3).
• Use of industry‑standard report‑writing software.
