Residential Surveyor – Remote, Flexible (2 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a thriving chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis. The role offers the flexibility of remote work, a strong fee split and uncapped earning potential while covering a 25‑mile radius around your home.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
• Undertake mortgage valuations for lenders
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software
• Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience
• VRS registration
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of residential surveying standards
• Proficiency with industry‑leading reporting software
