Residential Surveyor – Remote Working, Wimbledon

About the role

We are seeking a RICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice based in Wimbledon, offering remote working flexibility. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high‑quality surveys and valuations while developing your career within a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
• Undertake residential property valuations, including private client valuations.
• Carry out residential (and where applicable commercial) property inspections.
• Prepare HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Deliver surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice.
• Provide professional advice to clients and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified, VRS registration preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Degree in Surveying or related discipline.
• Membership of, or working towards, RICS.
• Strong technical knowledge of property construction, building defects and surveying practices.

• Up to £55,000 basic salary (experience dependent) plus OTE of £60,000‑£65,000.
