Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Pizza Pilgrims is looking for a passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its award‑winning pizzerias. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability and fostering an inclusive, fun‑focused team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage P&L performance and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and internal development of staff.
• Control stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Lead team training, health & safety compliance and food‑quality audits.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service.
• Prepare business plans, reports and operational forecasts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

• Ability to motivate a diverse team and create a welcoming environment.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

• Salary up to £47,500 plus tronc and performance bonus.
