Retail Assistant – Part Time

About the role

Farmfoods is seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join its Catterick Garrison store on a permanent part‑time basis. You will work a minimum of 20 hours across four days each week, including weekends, providing excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the tills efficiently, offering help with bagging and checkout.
• Receive deliveries, stock freezers and shelves, and maintain product rotation.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and safe by following daily and weekly routines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Positive, hard‑working attitude and enjoyment of a busy environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shift variations when needed.
• Ability to work well within a small team and maintain high standards.
