Retail Recruiter for UK & Ireland Stores

About the role

The Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Inditex retail stores across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will combine office‑based activities with regular store visits to source, assess and hire sales and management talent.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs and assess candidates for retail experience, availability and cultural fit.
• Conduct high‑volume candidate calls, appointments and classifications aligned to current and future store needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Sales Assistant and Management roles using ATS, job boards, social media, referrals and in‑store activities.
• Proactively source candidates by visiting stores and challenging locations to attract local talent.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver 1:1 and group interviews, assessment days and store‑based recruitment events.
• Manage offers, contracts, store communications and hiring paperwork.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new starters.
• Partner closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, job fairs and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably within retail or a fast‑moving consumer environment.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with store teams and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland for store visits and events.
