Retail Supervisor – Fashion Retail (Greenwich, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a growing fashion retail business at The O2 in Greenwich. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Support the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI performance.
• Coach, develop and train team members, including onboarding new colleagues.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes.
• Assist with store operations and decision‑making in the absence of senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant or Assistant Manager in retail.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, beauty or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
