Sales Counsellor – Luxury Cashmere Boutique

About the role

Bompard is seeking a full‑time Sales Counsellor for its King’s Road boutique in London. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an immersive, storytelling‑driven experience that showcases the house’s heritage, craftsmanship and timeless cashmere creations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, story‑rich service to local and international clients, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique’s presentation reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Participate actively in inventory management, overseeing stock flow and accuracy.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures with rigor and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
• Dynamic communicator with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and unite a team.
• Initiative‑driven, capable of taking ownership of store development and daily operations.
• Deep passion for retail and fashion culture, with a genuine appreciation for high‑quality cashmere.
