Sales Development Representative – Real Estate

About the role

As the first point of contact for a thriving Manchester‑based property agency, you will drive growth of both residential and commercial portfolios. You will qualify high‑intent leads, manage enquiries from major property portals, and ensure every prospect receives a world‑class experience from the first interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the professional first point of contact for all inbound calls and digital enquiries.
• Manage and respond to listing leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and SpareRoom.
• Qualify prospects to determine needs and urgency before booking viewings, valuations, or consultations.
• Maintain the team’s Google Calendar and schedule appointments accurately.
• Maintain a structured CRM, segmenting leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold categories.
• Proactively follow up with unconverted opportunities and re‑engage dormant leads.
• Support email and SMS nurturing campaigns for property investors and professionals.
• Track and report on pipeline performance to ensure no enquiries are missed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Previous experience within the real estate or property industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
