Sales Executive – Relocation Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a leading global brand’s relocation services team in Horsham. You will engage with customers looking for removal specialists, provide accurate quotes, and guide them through the booking process while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads from phone calls and web enquiries.
• Visit customer sites to survey items for moving and produce detailed quotes.
• Upsell additional services such as insurance and other add‑ons.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure bookings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the department’s growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in relocation, removals or estate agency.
• Self‑starter with a strong motivation to deliver world‑class customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
