Sales Negotiator – Brentwood

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Brentwood. You will play a pivotal role in matching buyers and sellers, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue through successful negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate offers and secure property deals.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process.
• Arrange and attend property viewings, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Greet buyers and vendors, offering expert advice and support.
• Register customers, match their requirements to suitable properties, and market new listings.
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the sales journey.
• Progress sales through to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months recent experience as a Sales Negotiator.
• Knowledge of the Brentwood property market (preferred).
• Career‑driven, ambitious and motivated to achieve results.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, proactive approach to customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

What we offer

• Basic salary of approximately £24,000.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000–£45,000 (uncapped commission).
