Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Southport)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a market‑leading estate agency in Southport. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through every stage of the property transaction while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Register buyers, understand their property requirements and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Liaise with vendors, purchasers and solicitors throughout the sales process.
• Book appointments for Financial Services Advisors and generate conveyancing referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales and referral targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an estate agency or a customer‑facing sales environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Target‑driven, proactive and motivated.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Southport property market (advantageous).

What we offer

• Basic salary of £22,000‑£25,000.
• Realistic OTE of £40,000‑£50,000 with individual commission on completed sales.
