About the role

Join a forward‑thinking independent estate agency as a Sales Negotiator, managing a high‑end residential portfolio of over 50 properties. The role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home while covering the Weybridge and West Byfleet area. You will benefit from generous commissions and a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular contact with potential purchasers.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person property viewings.
• Qualify applicants, build strong relationships, and negotiate offers through to completion.
• Maintain high standards of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑overs and timely paperwork.
• Track market trends and stay informed about local property values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency sales or a strong customer‑focused sales background.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive, ambitious, and self‑motivated attitude.
• Local knowledge of Weybridge, West Byfleet and surrounding KT12‑KT16 postcodes.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
