Sales Negotiator – Property Sales (Staines-upon-Thames)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a fast‑paced estate agency in Staines‑upon‑Thames. You will work in a busy office environment, guiding buyers and sellers through the entire sales journey and helping the business win new valuations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate property valuations and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Progress sales through to completion, ensuring all paperwork is accurate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Required profile

• Ambitious, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
• Strong sales ability and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in estate agency is preferred, but strong sales experience in another sector will also be considered

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000‑£40,000 per year
• Realistic OTE of £50,000+ including commissions
