Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency (Dorking)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Dorking. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, customer‑focused team, helping clients buy and sell residential properties while developing their own career in the property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective buyers and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested parties.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors and manage the sales process to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the transaction.
• Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, articulate, and customer‑service oriented.
• Ambitious, motivated and target‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of Dorking and surrounding areas is desirable.
