Sales Negotiator – Richmond

About the role

Join a well‑established estate agency in Richmond as a Sales Negotiator. You will work within a high‑performing team, helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential market while driving revenue for the office.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Generate offers and negotiate sales between buyers and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and prospects.
• Prospect new business and secure valuation appointments.
• Progress agreed sales through to completion, keeping clients informed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and office performance targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, commercially minded and passionate about property.
• Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
