Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join our growing technology business in Wantage. In this hybrid role you will work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to customers, answering queries and offering assistance.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotes and keep the CRM system accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Update customers on order status and manage stock and shipment enquiries.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support Account Managers in customer meetings and product learning as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to develop sales knowledge.
• Full driving licence and own transport for a rural location.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
