About the role
An independent residential estate agency in Epsom is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join its sales team. The role involves valuing properties, winning new instructions and supporting the launch of listings to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out residential property valuations and market appraisals.
- Win new sales instructions and agree appropriate fees.
- List properties and manage their launch to the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in residential property sales.
- Proven success in valuing and listing properties.
- Strong instruction‑winning and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Motivated, target‑driven and well‑presented.
- Full UK driving licence.
