Sales Valuer – Mid to Upper‑End Property Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a multi‑award‑winning independent estate agency in Dedham. You will focus on valuing and listing properties in the mid to upper‑end market while supporting the wider office and working closely with the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and win market appraisals across the local area.
• Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to vendors.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Proactively generate new business and increase market share.
• Support sales progression and wider office operations when required.
• Maintain a strong presence and reputation in the local property market.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or in a similar estate‑agency role.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and motivated by success.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales focus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident working independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
