Saturday Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Alexander & Co as a Saturday Sales Consultant, supporting residential lettings, sales and property management on Saturdays. You will work on‑site in Dunstable, ensuring properties are secure and assisting prospective buyers and renters.

Key responsibilities

• Secure properties after viewings and return keys promptly.
• Report any repair needs or security concerns.
• Qualify applicants by assessing their financial status before arranging viewings.
• Promote properties and services to meet sales targets.
• Provide feedback to managers and update internal systems with applicant notes.

Required profile

• Positive customer‑service attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to organise, prioritise workload and pay attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
