Self‑Employed Recruitment Consultant – Remote (UK)

About the role

Reactive Recruitment is seeking experienced recruitment consultants to join our team on a self‑employed, fully remote basis. You will run your own desk, build a client portfolio and earn a generous share of the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of permanent recruitment opportunities across chosen sectors.
• Utilise platforms such as Indeed, CV Library, Reed and our in‑house database to source candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing account management and new business development.
• Use our CRM and mobile/desktop app to track activity, schedule calls and record placements.
• Meet revenue targets to achieve the 50‑60% commission structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years successful experience as a recruitment consultant in any permanent sector.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client accounts.
• Own PC or laptop, reliable broadband and a mobile phone for the company app.
• Clear idea of the market you wish to focus on, or willingness to work within our existing commercial, transport/freight or early years divisions.
• Strong drive and ambition to earn a high income while working remotely.
